# Dashboard Analytics

The analytics experience helps teams monitor sends, failures, device health, and warm-up activity from one place.

## Metrics Overview

| Metric                   | Definition                                                                      |
| :----------------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Sent**                 | The number of messages successfully dispatched to WhatsApp.                     |
| **Delivered**            | Messages confirmed as delivered to the recipient's device.                      |
| **Read**                 | Messages that have been opened by the recipient (if Read Receipts are enabled). |
| **Failed**               | Messages that could not be delivered.                                           |
| **Connected accounts**   | Linked WhatsApp accounts currently healthy and available to send.               |
| **Auto Warmer activity** | Recent warm-up message count and enabled account totals.                        |

## Filtering Data

You can filter analytics by:

* **Date Range**: Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom.
* **Device**: Inspect health and activity for a specific WhatsApp account.
* **Campaign**: View performance of a specific campaign when campaign data is available.

## API-backed stats

The API also exposes organization-level message stats, including totals, status breakdowns, direction breakdowns, and rolling 7-day / 30-day trends.
