The analytics experience helps teams monitor sends, failures, device health, and warm-up activity from one place.

Metrics Overview

Metric	Definition
Sent	The number of messages successfully dispatched to WhatsApp.
Delivered	Messages confirmed as delivered to the recipient’s device.
Read	Messages that have been opened by the recipient (if Read Receipts are enabled).
Failed	Messages that could not be delivered.
Connected accounts	Linked WhatsApp accounts currently healthy and available to send.
Auto Warmer activity	Recent warm-up message count and enabled account totals.

You can filter analytics by:

Date Range: Last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or custom.
Device: Inspect health and activity for a specific WhatsApp account.
Campaign: View performance of a specific campaign when campaign data is available.

The API also exposes organization-level message stats, including totals, status breakdowns, direction breakdowns, and rolling 7-day / 30-day trends.
