Auto Warmer

The Auto Warmer is a unique feature designed to help new WhatsApp numbers build reputation and avoid bans by simulating natural human conversion patterns.
This feature is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

How It Works

When enabled, the Auto Warmer uses AI to generate realistic, context-aware conversations between your linked WhatsApp accounts.
  1. Pairing: The system automatically pairs your connected numbers with other numbers in your organization (or trusted partners).
  2. Conversation Generation: It uses large language models (LLMs) to create natural dialogues about business, daily life, and general topics.
  3. Scheduling: Messages are sent at irregular intervals with randomized delays to mimic human behavior.
This activity signals to WhatsApp that the number is being used for legitimate, two-way communication, which improves its “health” score.

Enabling Auto Warmer

You can enable the Auto Warmer directly from your dashboard for any connected account.

Navigate to Account Settings

Go to WhatsApp Accounts and click on the specific account you want to warm up.

Enable Feature

Find the Settings card on the right side of the screen.

Toggle Auto Warmer

Switch the Auto Warmer toggle to On.Auto Warmer Toggle

Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply the new setting.

Monitoring Activity

Once enabled, you can see Auto Warmer activity in your Message Log. These messages will be tagged with origin: auto-warmer (internal only, not visible in standard logs to keep them clean). You can also check the Connection Logs for auto_warmer events to see when the next conversation is scheduled.
Do not send high-volume marketing campaigns while a number is still new, even with Auto Warmer enabled. Gradually increase your volume over a period of 2-4 weeks.
